Captivate ile nasıl sunum hazırlanır?
    * Oldukça pratik olan Macromedia Captivate ile;
    * Ekran hareketlerini otomatik olarak kaydedebiliyor,
    * Flash animasyonlar, videolar, sesler, resimler, işaretlemeli etkileşimler, linkler ekleyebiliyor,
    * Sunumumuzu geliştirmek veya ActionScript eklemek istiyorsak Flash MX 2004’e ihraç edilebiliyor.
    * Ya da Breeze’in yetenekleriyle birleştirerek Breeze sunumlara ve de Breeze Canlı toplantılara entegre edilebiliyor.
Captivate’in bazı yetenekleri;

    * SWF import edilebildiği için boyutu küçük ama görüntüsü kaliteli sunumlar elde edilebiliyor.
    * İçerik yönetmek, ekran capture etmek, Captivate ile inanılmaz hızlı ve kolay oluyor.
    * Ekran capture edilirken aynı anda sesinizi de kaydederek daha sonra senkronize olamamak gibi bir sorunu baştan çözmüş oluyor. Ancak Capture işleminden sonrada ses import edilebiliyor.
    * Timeline mantığında her katmana farklı bir olay yada obje yüklemek oldukça kolay, mouse hareketi, ses, video vs. sürükle bırak yapılabiliyor. Ayrıca yine katmanlara zoom yapılabildiği gibi her katmanın sıralaması rahatça değiştirilebiliyor.
    * Captivate’in başlık sayfası kullanılarak, tüm sunumlarınıza, yardım dosyalarına, örnekler kolayca ulaşılabiliyor.
    * PC, Mac ve Linux’ta çalışabilecek şekilde standalone (bir programa ihtiyaç duymadan çalışabilen) çıktı alınabiliyor.
